Kids Wonderland McAllen is designed for children ages 1 through 12. Children under age 1 are admitted free with one paid admission. We also have a dedicated toddler area designed for children up to age 5.

No. Regular indoor play is available to walk-in customers. Families can visit Kids Wonderland McAllen and pay for admission at the front desk. Birthday parties require a reservation.

Yes. Regular admission includes same-day re-entry. Please keep the matching parent and child wristbands on if you plan to leave and return later the same day.

Kids Wonderland McAllen features a large three-level indoor playground approximately 100 feet long with slides, obstacles, swings and net mazes. Kids can also enjoy our popular Volcano Slide, inflatables, arcade games, ball pit and dedicated toddler area. Kids Wonderland does not have trampolines.

No. Kids Wonderland McAllen is an indoor children's play center, not a trampoline park, and we do not have trampolines. Our attractions include a large three-level indoor playground, Volcano Slide, inflatables, arcade games, ball pit and a dedicated toddler area.

Yes. Kids Wonderland McAllen has a dedicated toddler area designed for children up to age 5, with age-appropriate opportunities for younger children to play and explore.

Yes. Kids Wonderland McAllen has arcade games available for families to enjoy during their visit. Arcade play is purchased separately from regular playground admission.

Yes. Grip socks are required for play. Families may bring their own grip socks or purchase them at Kids Wonderland for $3 plus tax. Grip socks are not included with birthday party packages.

Children should wear appropriate clothing and grip socks while playing. Shoes must be removed before entering the playground. Jewelry and gum are not permitted in the play area.

No. Outside toys, balls, scooters and other personal play equipment are not permitted inside the playground.

Yes. Accompanying adults enter Kids Wonderland free. If an adult needs to enter the playground area to assist a child, adult playground access is $5 plus tax. Adults may assist children as needed but are not permitted to play on the equipment. For safety, adults are not permitted on the Volcano Slide or inside the net maze.

No. Kids Wonderland McAllen is not a drop-off facility. At least one parent or responsible adult must remain on-site with the child. Kids Wonderland employees monitor the facility for safety concerns, but parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children and their behavior.

For child safety and security, Kids Wonderland uses matching wristbands to connect children with their accompanying parent or responsible adult. Please keep the wristbands on throughout your visit. Staff may check matching wristbands when families leave.

Please notify a Kids Wonderland team member if the responsible adult needs to change during your visit. Staff must swap or update the matching wristbands before the child leaves with the new responsible adult. A child cannot leave with an adult whose wristband does not properly match or has not been updated by staff.

Yes. A waiver is required and can be completed online before your visit or at the front desk. We recommend having the child's parent or legal guardian complete the waiver.

Yes. Kids Wonderland McAllen has an on-site café offering food, snacks, drinks and treats for purchase, including options such as pizza, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, nachos, pretzels, candy, cotton candy, ice cream and beverages. Menu availability may vary.

Outside food and drinks are generally not permitted. Birthday parties have separate policies for birthday cakes, cupcakes and approved outside-food arrangements. If your child has a food allergy or special dietary requirement, please contact Kids Wonderland management in advance so we can discuss an appropriate accommodation.

Yes. Kids Wonderland McAllen offers sensory-friendly play times on select days before regular opening. During these special sessions, we lower the music, reduce lighting and overall sounds, and create a calmer environment where parents and caregivers can provide additional support. The facility is closed to regular admission during the designated sensory period. Sensory sessions are offered at a discounted rate. Yes. Kids Wonderland McAllen offers birthday party packages for children ages 1–12. Packages are available for 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 guest children. The birthday child is additional to the package guest count. Birthday parties require a reservation and can be booked online.

Birthday packages include a reserved party area for two hours, a dedicated party host, pizza, juice and ice cream for the children, party supplies and all-day play. The birthday child receives juice and ice cream and a free admission pass to use on a future visit.

Yes. The reserved party area is available for two hours, but children receive all-day play. When the two-hour reserved party time ends, families must vacate the party area so our team can clean and prepare it. Families and guests may move to the general area and continue enjoying Kids Wonderland during regular operating hours.

Yes. Kids Wonderland McAllen offers private facility rentals for birthday parties, celebrations and other qualifying events, subject to availability. Private-event pricing and scheduling may vary. Yes. Kids Wonderland McAllen works with schools, daycares and qualifying groups and offers special field-trip and group rates. All field-trip inquiries and bookings are handled by phone with a field-trip specialist who can assist with current pricing, availability and planning.

Yes. Kids Wonderland McAllen is an awarded vendor for McAllen ISD, Edinburg CISD, Mercedes ISD and PSJA ISD. We also work with schools and daycares throughout the area for field trips and group visits.

Yes. Kids Wonderland McAllen has ample parking available for school buses and group transportation, making it convenient for school and daycare field trips.
